With the onset of winter and with the first cold snap the production of fruit and vegetables get relocated to areas with a temperate climate: from Central Europe to Southern Europe on the peninsula Italy. From Sicily, Puglia, Campania and Lazio we load our full assortment of vegetables. Cauliflower, Kohlrabi, Radish, Fennel … Products.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Companies who are involved in the production, the processing and the treatment of food must increasingly answer the call of duties. The commencement of the EUR Regulation 178/2002 requires the traceability of the goods. Cross-national and unitary standards guarantee the retraceability of the ware the consumer buy. The goods are labelled with a lot number, the date of production and packaging by which the consumer obtains information about quality, the derivation as well as indications about freshness and durability.
A transparent quality management is not only necessary but also indispensable for offering a completely harmlessness in the quality of goods and for achieving the trustiness of our consumers.
